I will leave Braunschweig at the end of this October (31/10/2014).
I am still living in a flat with my wife and 1 year old boy in Eiderstr, Weststadt.
Our flat is very near to Donaustrasse tram station and shopping markets.
Tram lines M3 and M5 use this station, so it has a good connection to city centre, ever 5 minutes you have a tram during working hours.
We have a FURNISHED house with a kitchen (all goods belongs to me).
It is 76 m2 (3 rooms, a kitchen, and a bath with WC) and have a 622 Euro rent per month (the whole amount of rent is that).
The owner of the flat is Deutsche Wohnen Immobilien Management GmbH.
If it is possible I want to find person to be a next renter (“Nachmieter”).
I plan to give the kitchen and furniture to the next renter with an amount of money (we can bargain on the amount).

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Weststadt/Braunschweig.Warmmiete ist 622 €. Sie hat 3 Zimmer, eine Küche, Flur, Abstellkammer, Bad, extra Essecke,Kellerraum und einen Balkon. Hausreinigung, Winterdienst und Gartenpflege wird vom Vermieter erledigt. Personenaufzug ist auch vorhanden. Zwischen Häuser genügend Platz, damit man sich besser fühlt. Es ist West-Balkon, also ganzer Nachmittag ist die Sonne im Wohnzimmer. Einfache Verbindung zur 391 und A2 auch da. Von der Stadt 3,5km (mit Fahrrad dauert 15 Min) entfernt. Viele Spielplätze, zur Erholung Westpark in paar Gehminuten da. Ich habe die Wohnung für an Jahr gemietet (als Gast Wissenschaftler musste ich zur BS-TU), nun muss ab 1.11.2014 zurück an meine Heimat. Deshalb suche ich Nachmieter. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es Wohnlandschaft (ausziehbar), Couchtisch, Fernsehen(mit Fernsehwagen) und noch einen Tisch. In WZ und SZ Bodenteppich, im Flur Teppichbrücke, in der Küche und Bad Fliesen gelegt worden.Man braucht nur mit seinem Koffer kommen und wohnen. Haustier haben wir nicht und Raucher sind wir auch nicht, also die Wohnung ist sauber. Die EBK habe neu gekauft und kaum benutzt. Herd, Offen, Kühlschrank , Waschmaschine ist in der EBK. 2 Bahnlinien(M3 und M5) in 4 min. zu Fuß erreichbar, all die mögliche Ärzte, viele Geschäfte (Lidl, DM, Rossmann, Family, Rewe, Aldi), die Post, Sparkasse, Getränkemarkt, Bäckerei, Blumengeschäft, Friseur, Kiosk, Metzger, Fußpflege, Kindergarten, Schulen auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Für weitere Fragen, einfach besichtigen.Jeden Sonntag zwischen 16-17 Uhr findet besichtigung statt.
