WG-Zimmer/Wohnung -*Beste Lage in der Weststadt*-

Ich ziehe bereits zum 01.Juni aus und würde mich freuen, wenn Du Lust hättest, dir die Wohnung bis Oktober noch mit meinem Mitbewohner zu teilen, der an der TU arbeitet und gerade seinen Master in Architektur macht. Danach könntest Du dir eine zweite Person dazu holen und die Wohnung übernehmen.

Die Wohnung hat ein Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und ein Schlafzimmer. Der dritte, kleinste Raum, eignet sich als Arbeits-/Gästezimmer. Das Bad ist sehr klein und ohne Tageslicht, hat aber eine gute, natürliche Entlüftung.
Es gibt ein Kellerabteil zu der Wohnung, außerdem gibt es im Keller noch eine Waschküche (Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner mit Münzeinwurf) und einen Raum zum Wäschetrocknen.

Die "Sonstigen Kosten" stehen nicht im Mietvertrag und entsprechen dem, was wir aktuell für Strom, Internet und Rundfunkgebühr zahlen.

I move out on June 1 so if you are able to share the apartment with my flatmate until October it would be perfect. He currently works at the University and does his Master degree in Architecture. After that you could bring in a second person and make the contract with our landlord.

The apartment is divided into a living room with balcony and a bedroom. The third, smaller room is more suitable for a home office or guest room. The bathroom does not have daylight but has a very good natural ventilation.
There is a storage unit in the basement that belongs to the apartment. In the basement there is also a laundry room (washing machine and dryer with coin slot) and a room for drying clothes.

The "Other Costs" are not part of the contract. They represent what we currently pay for internet, electricity and mandatory fees for public broadcasting.
