Aufgrund eines Auslandsstudiums vermieten wir unsere schöne Altbauwohnung für 6 Monate.
Die Wohnung haben wir letztes Jahr komplett renoviert und neu eingerichtet, d.h. die Möbel sind alle neu und modern(Nichtraucherwohung, keine Haustiere).
Im Preis sind alle Rechnungen mit drin, wie Telefon- und Internetflat (32MBit), Strom+Gas etc.
Die Lage ist auch super, direkt zwischen Uni und Stadt. Zu Fuß sind es je ca. 5 Minuten.
Zur Einrichtung gehört u.a.:
- in der Küche: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, und großer Kühlschrank mit seperatem Eisfach
- Doppelbett, 3 große Schränke für viele Klamotten :-)
- Badezimmer mit Badewanne
- ein Vorrats-/ Abstellraum
- eine große Couch, Flachbildfernseher usw.
Also alles da, um sich wohl zu fühlen :-)
Die Wohnung ist für einen allein oder ein Paar geeignet.
