Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine WG geeignet. Gute Raumaufteilung und große Terrasse. Das Bad und die Küche sind in einem guten Zustand und gut ausgestattet. Die Waschmaschine kann auch übernommen werden.
Wir haben hier mal zu dritt mal zu zweit gewohnt, also es ist beides machbar. Wenn ihr/du Interesse habt, lasst gern eine Nachricht da :)
Top lage! Rewe ist 500m entfernt. Kiosk auf der anderen Straßenseit und auch für ÖPNV liegen die Haltestellen nicht mehr als 2min weit. Mit dem Rad ist man in 5 min am Brill und die Hochschule ist direkt neben an.
Wir haben hier immer eine gute Zeit gehabt. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr entspannt.
