Ich biete aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthaltes meine 2,5 Zimmer Wohnung zur Miete an. Diese befindet sich direkt in der Innenstadt von Bremen. 5min. an den Deich, 5 min. in die Stadt, 15 min. ins Viertel - natürlich gehts auch schneller mit dem Fahrrad. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig und der Bäcker ist mit ein paar Schritten erreichbar.
Die Wohnung selbst habe ich auch erst kürzlich bezogen und habe deshalb viele Möbel übernommen, welche du bei Bedarf auch übernehmen kannst.
Ansonsten hat die Wohnung alles was man braucht. Spül- und Waschmaschine, Sonnenbalkon, Fahrradkeller, nen gemütliches Sofa und einen Fernseher.
Das Wohnzimmer ist ca. 20qm groß, das Schlafzimmer ca. 18qm. Küche ist eingebaut und ca. 12qm..
