Wir suchen zwei neue Mitbewohner/inen zu Ende Mai und Anfang Juni.
Vasiliki und Ramona ziehen nämlich aus und zurück in der WG bleibt Waldemar, der ungerne alleine hier wohnen bleiben möchte.
Waldemar studiert VWL und schreibt gerade seine Bachelorarbeit und plant im August auszuwandern.
Der Einzugstermin dieses Zimmers ist recht flexibel und diskutierbar (ende May, Anfang Juni) und hat einen Ausblick in den Wunderbaren Hinterhof und besitzt einen recht großen (nur durch dieses Zimmer zugängigen) Balkon. Ab Mittag scheint hier prächtig die Sonne drauf.
Das Zimmer hat ca. 16 qm und ist sehr hell und ruhig. Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 325 € warm.
Das Zimmer wäre möbliert abzugeben: großer Kleiderschrank, Bettgestell, 2 Regale, 2 Wandregale, Sessel (einmaliger Abschlag von 500 € VHB)
Wohnung: Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer mit zugang zu einerm zweiten Balkon. Das Bad hat ein großes fenster und ist hell. In der Küche gibt es eine Waschmaschine. Es gibt einen Keller, sowie eine Fahrradgarage.

we are looking for two new flatmates moving in end of May, beginning of June.
Vasiliki and Ramona moving out and leave behind Waldemar, who doesn’t want to live alone. Waldemar studies VWL and is currently working on his bachelor thesis and plans to emigrate around August.
Room Nr. 1:
Room Nr. 2: This room has approx. 16 sqm and has a private sunny balcony and shows in direction backyard, therefore, it is quiet. To date of moving is kind of flexible and discussible (end of May, beginning of June). The rent is 325 € per month (incl. heat, water, electricity, internet).
The room comes with furniture: a huge wardrobe, bed frame, 2 wall shelf, 2 shelves, armchair (for which I would get a payment of 500 €).
Flat: we have one small living room connected to a common balcony. A washing machine is also available. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. There is also small storage space on the underground floor and garage for the bike on the street level.
Please send me some info about yourself and questions if you have any. It will be nice to find a good company for my roommates! :D
The apartment is 2 minutes away from tram-stop "Falkenstrasse" (tram line 10) and there are only 1 stop far from the main station (Hbf), and 9 min minutes on foot from the tram stop ‘’Herdertor’’ (tram lines 6,4,8), and 6 min from ‘’AmWall’’ (tram line 1). It is also 6 minutes by bike to uni, or 17 min by tram, and 12 min by tram and 8 by bike to Hochschule Bremen. It is also really close to shops and super markets such as EDEKA Hbf, and Netto (Admiralstraße 54).
