Die Kaltmiete beträgt 800€, N.K. für zwei Personen 200€. Strom muss mit einem Anbieter selbst abgeschlossen werden.

Nearby the Hochschule there is a spacious 3 room flat in the Neustadt to rent. It is well equiped, if you need with furnitures, offers a big kitchen to sit in, and enough rooms to store things.
There is a very nice big balcony to enjoy the Bremen weather, it has a roof against rain=).
The costs are 800€, the Nebenkosten for heating and water, garbage and insurence are 200€ for two persons, 250 for three.
It is in a very calm and friendly neighbourhood, you will like the close distance to trams /busses and good cafes and shops. It is the new coming area for young urban people.
I1m a honourable teacher, how will not act unfair. Iam living close by and take good care of the house.
