Die Wohnung hat hohe Decken und ist sehr hell. Das Schlafzimmer und das Bad (mit Badewanne) liegen zum Hinterhof raus wo auch ein großer Balkon ist. Vorne raus gibt es von der Küche aus ebenfalls einen kleinen Balkon, hier ist morgens die Sonne. Von der Küche geht das Wohnzimmer ab, hier gibt es keine Tür, nur einen Durchgang.
The flat is very bright and has high ceilings. The bedroom and the bathroom (with bathtub) are located towards the backyard. You will find a big balcony here. Another one is located by the streetside, you will get there from the kitchen. The kitched leads to the living room but there is no door in between, just a passage.
Bremer Viertel Nähe Bermudadreieck, 5min zu den Haltestellen Humboldtstraße ( Tram 10) und am Dobben (10, 4, 1) sowie Dobbenweg (25). Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 10 Minuten. Das Viertel mit diversen Kneipen und Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist direkt vor der Tür, trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig.
The flat is located very close to Bermudadreieck in Viertel, 5mins to "Humboldstraße" (tram 10), "Am Dobben" (1, 4, 10) and "Dobbenweg" (25). It takes you 10 mins to get to the central station. You are in the backstreet of lots of bars and restaurants, still it's not noisy at all.
Ich vermiete die Wohnung möbliert. Ich würde aber versuchen so viel Platz wie möglich in Regalen und Schränken zu schaffen.
Die Wohnung ist auch gut für Pärchen geeignet, ansonsten als WG bissl schwierig, da beide Zimmer Durchgangszimmer wären.
Eine Kaution von 500€ müsste als Sicherheit hinterlegt werden.

I am renting the flat fully furnished but I would make as much space as possible in cupboards and closets for you. The deposit would be 500€.
This flat is nice for couples but could be difficult for a WG as you need to pass both rooms to get to the kitchen or bathroom. Just text me if you have further questions :)
PS: you need to take care of my plants while I am gone :)
