Im Februar und März möchte ich meine kleine schnuckelige 2 Zimmer Dachgeschosswohnung in der Neustadt/ Buntentor an eine weiblich sozialisierte Person untervermieten. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit abgehendem Bad mit Dusche, ein Flur mit kleinem WC, Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und vollausgestattete Küche zum gemütlich Essen und Kochen mit Freunden. D
u solltest weiblich* sein, nicht in der Wohnung rauchen und meine Möbel etc. pfleglich behandeln können. Der ganze Spaß kostet 490Euro (VB) alles inklusive (Internet, etc.) pro Monat. Gerne vermiete ich auch für einen kürzeren Zeitraum! Im Haus sind mehrere Wohnungen, die alle mit weiblich sozialisierten Personen besetzt sind. Es gibt eine Haltestelle der Linie 4 ganz in der Nähe und auch mehrere Möglichkeiten einzukaufen.

English: In february and march I want to sublet my cute flat in the Neustadt/ Buntentor. You need to be female* cause in the house are only female persons living. There is a big kitchen, a sleeping room and a room for relaxing or working with a couch/ workingdesk. No smoking and responsibility to clean and take care of my furniture! All inclusive it costs about 490Euro (We can talk about the price). Its also possible for a shorter time but I would love to sublet it from beginning of february till end of march.
