Hallo, ich vermiete meine Wohnung in Ritterhude mit ca. 50qm als Oberwohnung in einem Doppelhaus. Die Wohnung ist zum 1. November 2015 frei. Sie besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, Schlafzimmer, Küche und Wannenbad. Alle Fenster haben Rollläden, mehr als die Hälfte des Hauses ist wärmeisoliert. Der Mietpreis beträgt 315€ plus Nebenkosten von 20€. Für Wasser und Heizung wird eine Pauschale von 105€ angerechnet (berechnet auf eine Person). Diese wird einmal pro Jahr abgerechnet. Strom und Müllabfuhr ist vom Mieter selber anzumelden.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie ein Bäcker, Schlachter und ein Discounter sind fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Zugverbindung zum Bremer Hauptbahnhof sowie die Buslinien auf dem Marßler Feld sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die A27 nach Bremen Stadt und Bremerhaven sind schnell erreichbar.
