Auf Grund eines Auslandsumzug gebe ich leider meine schöne 2-Zimmer Whg auf.
2 Zimmer sind auf 65m2 verteilt und ist nach Hinten zum Garten aus. Der Balkon ist im Sommer gut genutzt worden!
Für das komplette Schlafzimmer, Sofa, kl. Schreibtisch, Küchentisch/Stühle, Spülmaschine & div. Kleinmöbel würde ich gegen einen Abschlag von 1700€ verkaufen. Die Möbel sind keine 3 Monate alt, da ich vor Kurzem erst eingezogen bin.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Verkehrsruhigen Lage und ist zu Fuss <10min vom Hbf entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle mit der Linie 25 bringt dich in 15min in die Innenstadt.
Ein Bäcker, Supermarkt und Apotheke liegen fast direkt vor der Tür (1min bis zur nächsten Ecke!)
Die Möbel müssen gegen eine Zahlung übernommen werden, da ich leider ins Ausland ziehe.
