Wir vermieten für ein Jahr eine 2 Zimmerwhg. Ab Mitte August oder 1.9 bis Juli/August 2021. Erstmal für ein halbes Jahr zu mieten wäre auch ok. We are renting a flat between the 1st of September (or mid August) until Feb 21/ or August 2021. Both would be fine.

Die Whg hat ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer. Von WZ geht das die Küche ab. Das zur Whg gehörende Bad liegt jedoch im Flur und nicht in der Whg. Man muss dazu sagen dass zwischen Wohnzimmertür und Bad aber 50cm liegen und man jetzt nicht lange durch einen Flur läuft.
Die Whg wird möbliert vermietet wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Ins Viertel oder zur Weser sind es nur 10min.

Vor dem Haus ist ein kleiner "Vorhof" und keiner guckt in die Whg rein. Ich ergänze dies nur!

The flat has a bedroom and living room and next to the living room you ll find the kitchen. The bathroom is in the hall - so not IN the flat- but is totally yours and the door is just 50cm next to the entrance. In the neighbourhood you ll find all kind of stores and a kiosk which helps out once in a while. Trams are 2 (citiy centre)and 10 (main station). Using the bike to uni and hochschule is probably faster than changing trams etc. . Bike: 20min.
The river is 10min walk from here and nice place to go swimming or to drink a beer/relax.
The apartment is on groundfloor. There is a little - let’s call it yard- in front of the house- where we leave the bikes.


Wir leben in der Wohnung oben drüber und freuen uns wenn man mal ein Bierchen zusammentrinkt oder quatscht aber jeder lebt für sich. Wir haben uns immer gut verstanden mit unseren Untermietern und halfen uns gerne mal aus.
We are living upstairs in the apartment and are looking for someone we d have a lunch or chat once in a while since we are living together in a house. WiFi and laundry machine will be shared.So use of furniture, WiFi and laundry machine will be included in the rent.
