Hallo zusammen,
die WG wird ab Anfang März einzugsbereit sein. Aktuell werden noch alle Wände Weiß gestrichen und alles für den Einzug vorbereitet :-).
Insgesamt sind es 6 Zimmer (5 Schlafzimmer und 1 Großes Wohnzimmer).
Eine große Küche sowie 1 Großes Badezimmer und 1 Gäste WC sind vorhanden.
Außerdem besitzt die Wohnung eine große Terrasse (28m^2) die auf der Südseite ausgerichtet ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie die Verbindung zum ÖPNV sind in unmittelbarer nähe.
Für Besichtigungen ruft mich gerne an und stellt euch einmal kurz vor.
Ps: Die Warmmiete bezieht sich selbstverständlich pro Zimmer. Das Zimmer mit dem Teppichboden (Siehe Fotos) beläuft sich auf 450, da das Zimmer Größer ist.
