Ich weiblich (28 Jahre) und mein kleiner Sohn (bald 2 Jahre) geben unsere voll möblierte 3 Zimmerwohnung,31m²mit Balkon (bis auf 1 Zimmer) im schönen, grünen Lesum ab sofort bis zum 31.03.2012 zur Zwischenmiete ab. Die Miete beträgt 300,00€ mit Nebenkosten und Strohm.
In der Zeit bis zum 31.03.2012 werde ich 3 Monate im Ausland sein(Dez-Feb). Da ich Momentan arbeite, werden mein Sohn und ich bis zu unserem Auslandsaufenthalt aber eher spät am Abend und früh am Morgen die Wohnung mit Dir teilen.
