In the middle of the beautiful river district in the trendy new town, super central and quiet.
Trams 6,4 and 1 can be reached very quickly and on foot.

I rent the apartment first as a sub-rent, as from September for 12-18 months I do a professional training in another city.
It is possible, and likely that I will permanently abbe the apartment after that.
Therefore, it would be great to find someone who could also imagine staying in the apartment in the long term.
Rental as an intermediate rental would also be OK.

The large cabinet could remain (partly, and after agreement) for the duration of the rent in the apartment. A few furniture, however, probably also move with me, depending on whether I move into a WG, or a separate apartment - here we just have to discuss.

Smoking and no pets are allowed in the apartment. An apartment visit is also possible online.

Ich vermiete die Wohnung zunächst als Untermiete, da ich ab September für 12-18 Monate eine berufliche Weiterbildung in einer anderen Stadt mache.
Es ist möglich, und wahrscheinlich, dass ich die Wohnung im Anschluss dauerhaft abgebe.
Daher wäre es super, wenn sich jemand findet, der sich auch vorstellen könnte, längerfristig in der Wohnung zu bleiben.
Vermietung als Zwischenmiete wäre aber auch OK.

Der große Schrank könnte (teilweise, und nach Absprache) für die Dauer der Miete in der Wohnung bleiben. Ein paar Möbel ziehen aber wahrscheinlich auch mit mir um, abhängig davon, ob ich in eine WG, oder eine eigene Wohnung ziehe - hier müssen wir uns einfach absprechen.

Rauchen und keine Haustiere sind in der Wohnung nicht gestattet. Eine Wohnungsbesichtigung ist auch online möglich.
