we are going to travel from august on and would like to sublet our beautiful apartment to a trustworthy person(s). Our apartment is a real oasis of well-being and is very important to us, which is why we would like to get to know you first. The layout of the apartment is perfect for a single person or a couple.
First a few details about the apartment:

- large balcony with lots of sun
- large bathroom with walk-in shower, tub, underfloor heating and a window
- chimney
- lots and lots of light

- 1 bedroom with huge built-in wardrobe
- the kitchen is openly integrated into the living area, and there is also a small office space

Inmitten des Flüsseviertels der Neustadt gelegen befindet sich die Wohnung in einem Dreiparteien Altbauhaus. Hier hast du alles in unmittelbarer Nähe (Supermärkte, einen Park, den Werdersee, Bus- und Bahnhaltestellen, die Hochschule, nette Nachbar:innen ... )
In unserem Stadtviertel findest du viele nette, kleine Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Die Straße in der du wohnen wirst hat den typischen Bremer Charme mit vielen bunten und schönen Häusern.

Located in the middle of “Flüsseviertel” in “Neustadt”. The apartment in a three-party building. Here you have everything very close (supermarkets, a park, the “Werdersee”, bus and train stops, the university, nice neighbors ... )
In our district you will find many nice little cafés, bars and restaurants. The street where you will live has the typical Bremen charm with many colorful and beautiful houses.
Der Zeitraum unserer Reise ist momentan noch flexibel und wir würden diesen gerne im Austausch mit dir besprechen. Angedacht sind momentan 10 Monate. In jedem Fall ist die Wohnung ab dem 1.8. frei.
Wenn du uns schreibst, würden wir uns freuen, wenn du dich kurz vorstellst. Wenn du Fragen hast, immer raus damit.
Uns ist wichtig, dass du/ihr ordentlich und sauber bist/seid. Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet.
