ich vermiete meine schöne, helle 2 Zimmer DG Wohnung mit Balkon ab dem 1.5. bis 31.10. unter. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, hat einen traumhaften Sonnenbalkon und befindet sich in zentraler Lage direkt im Viertel. Durch ihre leichten Dachschrägen ist sie sehr gemütlich. Die Küche ist von dem Schlafzimmer getrennt und generell super in Schuss. Ich vermiete sie teilmöbliert inkl. Küche, Küchentisch & -stühle, Bett, Schrank und Regal (keine Waschmaschine). Die Miete beträgt 420€ warm inkl. Strom. Einen Internetvertrag habe ich aktuell nicht abgeschlossen. Die Kaution beträgt wie üblich 2 Mieten.
Leider möchte mein Vermieter nur weibliche Personen als Untermieter.
