Hi,
ich suche ab dem 1.10 einen (oder zwei) Untermieter für meine Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist 60qm groß und hat 2 Zimmer eine separate Küche, mit Waschmaschine
und Spülmaschine. Ein Balkon ist auch vorhanden.
Zusätzlich gibt es noch einen Kellerraum und ein Dachboden.
Die Wohnung liegt in Schwachhausen nahe der Haltestelle Wätjenstr., also sehr nahe an der Uni. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind reichlich vorhanden und ins Viertel ist es auch nicht weit. :)
Hier noch ein paar Details:
-Die Wohnung ist WG geeignet.
-Die Miete wären für die 2 Monate ein pauschal Betrag von 650€ pro Monat. (all inkl., dh. Der Betrag setzt sich zusammen aus Warmmiete, Strom und Internet.)
