eine Hausgemeinschaft biete ich an in Brinkum.
Die Busverbindung nach Bremen (ca 35 min zum Hbf) ist fast vor der Haustür, und gut, d.h. ca stündlich.
Das Haus ist offen gestaltet, das heißt keine Tür zwischen OG und UG. Im oberen Bereich habe ich eine große Wohnküche mit Balkon, 1 kleineres Schlafzimmer und ein Bad frei, insgesamt sind das ca 50 qm, Flur und Balkon kommen zusätzlich dazu. Es ist teilweise möbliert, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Die Waschmaschine im Bad würde ich mitnutzen.
