Die Küche verfügt über eine Küchenzeile inkl. einer Waschmaschine. Küchenutensilien, die in einer Küche benötigt werden, sind vorhanden.
Neben dem Vollbad hat die Wohnung zusätzlich noch ein Gäste-WC.
Eigener Verbrauch wie Strom, Gas und Wasser sind direkt mit SWB abzurechnen.

We offer a beautiful 3 rooms apartment for rent from October 01, 2023. The apartment is centrally located in Vegesack and is ideal as a shared apartment. The furnished apartment has a balcony that invites you to "soak up the sun". All rooms are equipped with furniture and WiFi and are therefore ready to move into.
The kitchen has a kitchenette including a washing machine. Kitchen utensils that are needed in a kitchen are available.
In addition to the full bath, the apartment also has a guest toilet.
Own consumption such as electricity, gas and water are to be settled directly with SWB.
Gelegen ist die Wohnung mitten in der unteren Fußgängerzone. Man ist mitten im Geschehen und doch hat man nach Feierabend Ruhe und kann den Balkon, der zum Garten raus gelegen ist, nutzen, um sich dort zu entspannen.
Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ärzte und Restaurants sind direkt vor der Tür und können alle fußläufig erreicht werden. Sollte man die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nutzen wollen, so muss man nur ein paar Meter zur Bushaltestelle laufen.
Auch zum Spazierengehen wird einem hier viel geboten. Der Vegesacker Stadtgarten ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Dort kann man sich nach Herzenslust austoben - ob Fahrradfahren, Inlineskaten oder Ausruhen - alles ist möglich!

The apartment is located in the middle of the lower pedestrian zone. You are right in the middle of the action and yet you have peace and quiet after work and can use the balcony, which faces the garden, to relax there.
Bakers, shops, doctors and restaurants are right in front of the door and can all be reached on foot. If you want to use public transport, you only have to walk a few meters to the bus stop.
There is also a lot to do here in your freetime. The "Vegesacker Stadtgarten" is in the immediate vicinity. There you can let off steam to your heart's content - whether cycling, inline skating or relaxing - everything is possible!
