Hallo zusammen,
wir werden zum 31. März 2017 unserer Koffer packen und wehmütig unsere gemütliche, wohnliche Bleibe direkt am Sielwall in neue Hände geben.
Die Wohnung ist sowohl als 2-er WG als auch für Pärchen geeignet, liegt Mitten im Viertelgeschehen, in direkter Nachbarschaft von zahlreichen Bars und Cafés, hochgelegen im 4. Stock ist die Wohnung auch abends vom Party- und Straßenlärm gut abgeschirmt.
Bevorzugt wäre die Wohnung an Nachfolger abzugeben, die uns einige unserer Möbelstücke (u.a Sofa/Kleiderschrank/Waschmaschine/Kühlschrank) abnehmen würden.
