The apartment is a hundred years old building located in the Walle district of Bremen. It has two rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom, about 55m2. Typical first floor for the old building. There is also basement suitable for bicycles.
Ganz in der Nähe findest du die Line 28, die direkt zur Uni. Fährt. Von uns läuft man ca. 5 Min. bis zur Haltstelle „Elisabethstraße“, die direkt nach Stadtzentrum und „WATERFRONT“ fährt. Außerdem gibt es nicht weit von hier tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, REWE, Netto und Walle Center), und direkt vor der Tür ist einen Hausartzt.
There are several bus stations which can reach by foot within 5 mins. Bus nr. 28 (25 min to the Uni. Bremen) and tram nr.3 (directly go to Domsheide and Waterfront). The neighbors are mainly German who are very nice and local environments are very nice and quiet. House doctor, dentists, drug store, pedicure, and physiotherapy are just in the walking distance. 8 supermarkets located in the walking distance (Netto*2, Aldi*2, Penny, Rewe, Edeka). The Walle E-center (where Edeka is) has all the necessary stores you need.
Der Strom von swb Bremen kostet 100 EURO/Monat. Das Internet von Kabel Deutschland mit bis zu100Mbit/s kostet 35 EURO/Monat. Die Zwei sind nicht in der Mite erhalten, aber Sie können immer den Anbieter wechseln.
Es gibt ein paar Möbel bereits in der Wohnung wenn ich hier zuerst einziehen, z. B. ein Schrank, ein Esstisch, 2 Abendessen Stühle, 3 Regale und einen kleinen Schrank.
Ich habe geplant, die meisten Möbel zu verkaufen, die ich für diese Wohnung gekauft habe. The electric bill is 100 EURO/ month (this price is floating due to the usage), the electric provider is swb Bremen. The internet 35 EURO/ month, is provided by Kabel Deutschland 100Mps speed with WIFI router. Those price are not included in the total charge for the rent, but it is always possible to change the providers at your wish.
There are some furniture already in the apparent when I first move in, such as: a closet, a dinner table, 2 dinner chairs, 3 shelves, a small cupboard.
I planned to sell most of the furniture that I bought for this apartment when I moved in. The furniture includes: Ikea double bed (200cm*180cm), Ikea closet, two large bench (37cm*160cm), a wooden writing desk (45cm*100cm), Ikea sofa and so on.
