Die Wohnung ist gerade frisch renoviert worden,neue Therme ist auch eingebaut und das Badezimmer neu verfliest. Der Fußboden ist mit Laminat ausgelegt und die Wände weiß gestrichen mit Rauhfasern.
Die Zimmer sind sehr gut von der Größe für eine WG geeignet.
Sie ist daher hell und freundlich,leider ist in dieser Wohnung keine Einbauküche und Balkon. Das haben nur die 3 Zimmerwohnungen und eine nicht renovierte 4 Zimmerwohnung.
Gas und Strom kommen zu den Kosten noch dazu
Die Wohnung ist direkt an einer Hauptstraße somit ist alles direkt vor der Tür, Bäcker, Einkaufsladen usw
Sehr gute Busverbindungen ca. 15 min mit dem Bus zur Hochschule
Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ,Stadtzentrum auch ca.15 min. mit dem Bus entfernt. Hauptbahnhof ca, 20 min.entfernt.
Andere Wohnungen in dem Haus haben Studentenzimmer ,es ist aber trotzdem sehr ruhig.Es wäre auch möglich eine 3 Zimmerwohnung in dem Haus als WG zu nutzen
