Are you looking for a beautiful, comfortable place to live during your studies? Are you neat, organized and do you treat your home-away-from-home with some tender love and care? Then we might offer what you’re looking for! The apartment is perfectly suitable for 2 persons.
We care for our apartment a lot and fully built it up ourselves, so we are looking for someone who treats the place with the same respect as our current tenants do (they lived there for 3 years and will move out as they’ll finish university).

The apartment is located in the 8th district opposite of the Erkel Theater.
Semmelweis University can be reached in less than 15 minutes through either metro station Blaha Lujza Tér (tram 4/6) or metro station Janos Pál Papa Tér (M2).
The university of Veterinary Medicine is at a 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
Hello! We are Wouter and Miriam from the Netherlands, living in Budapest. We purchased this lovely place in 2017 and spend a year renovating it and making it a lovely home. We live really close by, so if any maintenance or help is needed in the house, we are there to help!
