Hallo Ihr neuen Nachmieter und Nachmieterinnen,
wir ziehen um und suchen einen Nachmieter/eine Nachmieterin zum 1.1.2021 für unsere gemütliche Wohnung. Wir haben hier 2 gute Jahre gehabt und uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Wohnung hat einen perfekten Schnitt für ein Pärchen oder eine 2er WG.
Wahrscheinlich ist die Wohnung sogar schon ein paar Tage vor dem 1.1. frei. Das können wir aber dann auch gerne besprechen, wenn es soweit ist :)

we are moving and are looking for a new tenant for our cozy apartment. It will be free from the 1.1.2021. We have had two good years here and have always felt very comfortable.
The apartment has a perfect layout for a couple or a shared flat for two.
The apartment is free probably already a few days before January 1st. But we can also discuss that when the time comes :)
