Aufgrund eines Jobwechsels muss ich leider meine super schöne 2-Raum-Wohnung auf dem Kaßberg aufgeben. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. OG eines sanierten Altbaus und umfasst 59qm. Wobei die beiden Wohnräume ca 17qm bzw 22qm umfassen.

Im Umkreis von 500m erreicht man die Emarfa-Passage (Edeka, Penny, dm, Getränkemarkt und FitX) und einen Lidl und Rewe. Die Chemnitzer Innenstadt ist 3km entfernt und auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Schlossteich mit angrenzendem Park liegt ca 1 km entfernt. Innerhalb von maximal 10 Minuten ist man auch auf der A4 oder A72.
