Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5.OG wodurch die parallel fahrende Straßenbahn kaum zu hören ist und aufgrund des nicht vorhandenen Fahrstuhls zusätzliches Beine&Po Training entfällt.
Die Wohnung selbst ist rundum saniert, das Bad gefließt, keine Durchreiche.
Küche kann samt Kühlschrank, Herd und Spülmaschine auf VB übernommen werden.
Derzeit rund 405,- warm.
Die Wohnung kann ab dem 11.07. übernommen werden. Am 10.07. wird geweißt, vorher besteht die Möglichkeit unsere Wandgestaltung zu übernehmen. Gleiches gilt für die Küche.
Besichtigung bis zum 28.06. jederzeit möglich. Danach bis zum 9.07. nur Abends. Ab dem 11.07. nach Vereinbarung mit dem Verantwortlichen der GWC.

Top Lage, da direkt am Sachsendorfforum gelegen. Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig, Straßenbahnanbindung alle 7 Minuten sowie Bushaltestelle des Nachtbusses aus der Stadt fast vor der Haustür.
