Biete 3-Raum-Wohnung in Sandow (Heinrich-Albrecht-Straße) mit Küche. Die Wohnung ist fast komplett möbliert (Couch und Flurmöbel sind leider nicht vorhanden).
Fließenspiegel in der Küche ist enthalten. Wohnzimmer mit neuer Auslegware, sowie Schlafzimmer und Kinderzimmer. In der Küche, Flur und Bad sind ein PVC-Belag vorhanden.
Studenten und Azubis bekommen diese Wohnung vergünstig. Die Kaltmiete wird im ersten Jahr auf 50% reduziert und staffelt sich dann nach oben. Bei den Betriebskosten wird dann eine pauschale festgelegt (diese Beträgt 150€). Eine Nachzahlung bzw. Rückerstattung ist dann nicht notwendig.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. OG und sie besitzt einen großen Balkon (Westseite). Dieser ist sehr gut erhalten.
