Die Wohnung ist ca 1 min von einer Tram Haltestelle entfernt ( Neu Schmellwitz ) und somit ist es ohne weiteres möglich schnell in das Stadtzentrum zu gelangen.
Zur Uni braucht man etwa 15-20 min, je nachdem wie schnell man zu Fuß unterwegs ist.
Die Wohnung ist auch echt schön geschnitten und wenn ihr wollt, dann können wir auch darüber reden, dass der Teppich drin bleibt.
Es muss jedoch schnell gehen, da ich die Wohnung ab dem 1.1.13 nicht mehr habe.
Momentan beträgt die Miete 260 €.
Gut Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt vorm Block zu finden.
Ein langer Weg zu einer Einkaufsgelegenheit muss auch nicht auf sich genommen werden, da ein Rewe ca. 300 m vom Wohnkomplex entfernt ist.
Des Weiteren ist auch ein größeres Einkaufszentrum nur 3 Tramstationen entfernt. Dort ansässig sind: Penny, ein Baumarkt sowie weitere shopping-möglichkeiten im Textilbereich.
Im Bad wurde vor 2 Jahren alles neu gemacht sowie alle Fenster in der Wohnung.
