Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer mit schöner Ost-West-Ausrichtung. Die Küche ist möbliert mit E-Herd, Dunstabzugshaube und Kühlschrank. Alle Räume bis auf das Badezimmer und die Küche sind mit gepflegtem Buchenlaminat ausgelegt, das Badezimmer und die Küche sind weiß gefliest. Im Badezimmer ist eine Badewanne, sowie der Anschluss für eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Das Schlafzimmer ist zum leisen Hinterhof ausgerichtet und hat Morgensonne. Das Wohnzimmer ist zur Straße gelegen und hat ab Nachmittags Licht. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr hell, gepflegt und ruhig. Alle Wände sind mit weißer Raufasertapete versehen.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 4 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentralcampus der BTU entfernt und gegenüber des OSZ1. Die Straßenbahn ist in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. LIDL erreicht man in 4, Edeka in 7 und das TKC in 15 Minuten.
Unsere Vormieter nutzten die Wohnung als WG, allerdings befinden sich nur in einem Zimmer Fernseh- und Internetanschluss. Da wir tagsüber selten zuhause sind, erreichen Sie uns am besten per Email/Nachricht.
