Da wir auszihen, wird ne sch?ne Studentenohnung frei. Absolut zentral gelegen (Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten).Ihr wohnt direkt neben der Stadthalle, wo immer irgendwas los ist.
Zur Uni sind es 5min. zu Fuß.
Für Studenten gilt: 444 € Warmmiete, inklusive aller Heiz- und Wasserkosten.
Man könnte also ständig heizen und jeden Tag baden.
Die Zimmeraufteilung erlaubt es, da ne super WG draus zu machen. Es war auch mal eine.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Balkone, südseite. Einen Keller bekommt ihr auch.
Solltet ihr KEINE Studenten sein: 563,08 € warm.
Wie schon gesagt, absolut zentral.
Ihr seid umgeben von der Stadthalle, der Spreegalerie und dem Lindner-Hotel. Gibt ne Menge kleinerer Bars (und ganz wichtig: ein Späti) usw. in der Nähe.
Ja, schaut euch die Wohnung einfach mal an. Frei wird sie ab 15.09.
Drin sind ein Gasherd, ne Spüle und ein paar Möbel. Die Wohnung wurde vor kurzm mal renoviert, ist also in einem sehr gutem Zustand.
