Ziehe leider aus Cottbus weg und suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für diese tolle und sehr günstige 2,5 Zimmer Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und der Ausblick vom Balkon lädt zum Entspannen und Träumen ein. Die Kombination aus Lage, Schnitt und Charme der Wohnung waren für mich einfach super - ist auch perfekt WG geeignet. Küche und Waschmaschine sollten gerne übernommen werden.
Verschiedenste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Rewe, Penny etc) sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig vor der Tür. Du bist in 5 Minuten mit der Tram oder dem Fahrrad in der Innenstadt oder der BTU. Auch zum Hbf kommst du in ein paar Minuten.

Unfortunately I am moving away from Cottbus and am looking for a new tenant for this great and very affordable 2.5 room apartment. The apartment is very bright and the view from the balcony invites you to relax and dream. The combination of location, apartment and prefabricated building with style were just great for me - is also perfectly suitable for a shared flat. Kitchen and washing machine can be taken over.
Various shopping facilities (Aldi, Rewe, Penny etc) are just a few minutes' walk from the door. You can be in the city center or BTU in 5 minutes by car or bike. You can also get to the main station in a few minutes.
