Es ist eine 3 Zimmer Wohnung mit 58m² mit schönem Blick über die Dächer von Cottbus. Die Wohnung ist fast komplett mit Laminat ausgelegt. Im Bad wurde neuen PVC Boden verlegt und die Badewanne neu eingefliest. Der Balkon läd zum Gemütlichen Essen ein , oder einfach nur zum chillen. Umgebung und Nachbarn sind sehr angenehm.
Die WOhnung liegt im schönen Ströbitz. Von hier aus hat man nur 10min Fußweg zur Uni und macht braucht auch nur 10min bis in City. Die Wohnung ist im 5.Stock aber einmal oben angekommen, hat man seine Ruhe. Bus und Bahn sind in 1min erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen im umkreis von 2-5 min entfernt ( Lidl, Rewe, Aldi, Netto ).
