Die Wohnung ist super geschnitten und hat überall Dielenboden. Nur in Bad und Flur sind Fliesen verlegt.
Das Bad hat ein Fenster und der 8qm - Balkon ist von der Küche aus zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist schön hell und hat eine große Küche. In das Schlafzimmer passt bequem ein Arbeitsbereich, weshalb man sie auch als WG nutzen könnte.
Die Wohnung ist am Stadtrand von Cottbus gelegen. Trotzdem sind Straßenbahn und Bus in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Auch Bäcker, Fleischer und Co. sind in der Nähe. Zu LIDL und Netto braucht man max. 10 Minuten. Auch bis in die Stadt ist es nicht weit (10 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad).
Ich suche für meine herrlich Wohnung einen Nachmieter zum 1.6.2015. Wer Interesse hat, kann sich gerne bei mir telefonisch oder per Mail melden. Aber bitte nur ernstgemeinte Anfragen. Natürlich könnt ich euch die Wohnung dann auch anschauen. Der Vermieter ist die COWEG Cottbus und er entscheidet, wer am ENde die Wohnung bekommt. Ich kann euch nur vorschlagen ;-) trotzdem lohnt es sich. Würde ich nicht wegziehen, gäbe ich diese Wohnung niemals her.
