The WG is part of a very well located building only one block from the Brandenburg Technical University. It consists of 2 floors. The entrance of the ground floor is a big room with plenty of storage capacity. There is also the bathroom and the main bedroom. On the second floor there is a common room, 2 more bedrooms, the kitchen, a winter garden and finally the terrace.
The building is shared with other 2 WG. There is also a big garden, a basement and a garage.
*Each room has a rent cost of 300 euros per month + utility costs*
Only one block from the BTU, the building is only 2 minutes away of the Stadthalle. In the other direction you are 4 minutes away from Netto and REWE.
From the train station you take 15-20min walking depending how hurry you are. The street is not crowded, only some cars and very peaceful.
We are three students that are about to leave at the end of August for our studies abroad. The whole WG will be available to whoever chooses to move in. To be able to move is necessary that we meet to tell you more about the WG.
We have been living in the WG for one year. The house is fully furnished with some 8 couches, tables, chairs, carpets and things that we cannot take with us abroad. All this will be handed to whoever move in and we do not expect to get anything back.
There is a nice group of people living in the other WG's. All very caring and helpful neighbors.
