Wegen Studienende suchen wir kurzfristig Nachmieter für unsere Wohnung zum 1.3.2011.
Es gibt zwei gleichgroße (13m²) Zimmer und ein ca. 20m² großes (Wohn-)Zimmer, Küche (möbliert) und Bad. Aktuell wird die Wohnung als 2er-WG genutzt, was wegen der beiden kleinen Zimmer sehr gut möglich ist. Kellerraum, Radabstellplatz und Waschmaschinenplatz sind vorhanden.
Da die Wohnung mit Elektro-Direkt-Heizkörpern ausgestattet ist, liegen die Stromkosten ein wenig höher, jedoch kommt man im Jahresschnitt unter 580€/Monat Brutto-Miete, für DA also recht günstig.
Die Wohnung hat eine ruhige Lage, die Linien 3,7,8,6 und R-Bus sind nur je ca. 3 min zu Fuß entfernt. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Haus; ALDI, Netto und andere kleine Läden sind in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
