Da wir zum 1.8.2016 ausziehen wird unsere Wohnung im wunderschönen Paulusviertel frei. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt ca.60qm die sich auf 2 Zimmer (15 und 20qm) sowie Flur, Bad und die große Wohnküche verteilen. Da letztere erst vor kurzem renoviert wurde, hätten wir hierfür gerne eine Abschlagszahlung von 600€. In diesem Preis mit inbegriffen sind: Herd (ceran), Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine.
Die Wohnung wird bevorzugt an Einzelpersonen oder Paare vergeben.
Am Rande von Bessungen gelegen befindet sich die Wohnung in fußläufiger Entfernung zur Innenstadt und zum Campus TU-Lichtwiese. Haltestellen der Linien 3,2 und 9 sind ebenfalls binnen 5 Minuten zu erreichen und auch der nächste Supermarkt (REWE Heinrichstr.) ist nicht weit entfernt.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor der Tür ausreichend vorhanden.
