Wir suchen für unsere schöne Wohnung in Bessungen eine:n Zwischenmieter:in. (Zwei Personen sind auch möglich.) Idealerweise von Mitte April/Mai bis Ende Juni, eine längere Mietzeit ist aber ggf. auch machbar. Die Möbel (siehe Fotos) stehen im Moment noch nicht in der Wohnung, kommen aber rechtzeitig.

• Erdgeschoss Hochparterre mit 1 Treppe
• Holzboden & kleiner Balkon
• Küche mit Ofen, großem Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine sowie Geschirr
• Haustiere nach Absprache erlaubt, Rauchen bitte auf dem Balkon
• 3 Min. zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Freiberger Platz (Linie 3)
• fußläufig zur Orangerie, gute Pizzeria gegenüber
• Parks, Apotheke, Reformhaus, Unverpackt, Supermarkt (Netto) und diverser Einzelhandel in der Nähe
• Bei Bedarf können wir auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher bereitstellen
