Die Bushaltestelle Pankratiusstrasse ist direkt vor der Haustür. Der nächstgelegene Supermarkt (REWE) ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt und auch die Innenstadt ist in ca. 5-10min Fußläufig erreichbar.
Zur TU Stadtmitte und Bibliothek sind es ausserdem ein Katzensprung.
