I am looking for a new tenant for my lovely 2-bedroom flat in Darmstadt Nord, right across the Waldspirale (Hundertwasserhaus), starting June 1st.
The apartment has a lot of natural light and wooden floors. It has one large ~17.5 m^2 and one smaller ~12 m^2 room, plus a rather large kitchen (the kitchen counter and sink will stay in the flat). The two rooms are connected. I used the flat as a WG, so we kept the door between the rooms closed, but the previous tenants used the smaller room as a bedroom and the larger one as a living room. There is also quite a large storage space in the basement.

ich suche einen Nachmieter zum 1. Juni für meine schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Darmstadt Nord, direkt gegenüber der Waldspirale (Hundertwasserhaus).
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und hat einen Holzboden. Sie hat ein großes Zimmer (~17,5 m^2) und ein kleineres Zimmer (~12 m^2), sowie eine ziemlich große Küche (die Arbeitsplatte und die Spüle bleiben in der Wohnung). Die beiden Zimmer sind miteinander verbunden. Ich habe die Wohnung als WG genutzt, also haben wir die Tür zwischen den Räumen geschlossen gehalten, aber die Vormieter haben den kleineren Raum als Schlafzimmer und den größeren als Wohnzimmer genutzt. Außerdem gibt es im Keller einen recht großen Abstellraum.
The flat is very well located. It's right beside the Bürgerpark; a 25 min walk away from the city center and 15 min from the Nordbahnhof, where there is now a Tegut teo supermarket open 24/7. There is also an Aldi on the other side of the street that is open until 9 pm on weekdays. Being in the northern part of Darmstadt, it also has good access to Merck. The area is very quiet, and there are a lot of nice, older buildings around.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Sie liegt direkt neben dem Bürgerpark, 25 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum und 15 Minuten vom Nordbahnhof, wo es jetzt einen Tegut teo Supermarkt gibt, der rund um die Uhr geöffnet hat. Auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt es auch einen Aldi, der an Werktagen bis 21 Uhr geöffnet ist. Durch die Lage im nördlichen Teil Darmstadts hat man auch einen guten Zugang zu Merck. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, und es gibt viele schöne, ältere Gebäude.
The building belongs to the Bauverein, who would manage the rent. The rent is 706,17 Euro, including operating costs and water but not including utilities. They ask for the three last salary statements.
Cats are allowed, as well as small pets :) I'm not sure about dogs, though it's probably ok if you ask.

Das Haus gehört dem Bauverein, der die Miete verwalten würde. Die Miete beträgt 706,17 Euro, einschließlich Betriebskosten und Wasser, aber ohne Nebenkosten. Es werden die drei letzten Gehaltsabrechnungen verlangt.
Katzen sind erlaubt, ebenso wie kleine Haustiere :) Bei Hunden bin ich mir nicht sicher, aber es ist wahrscheinlich in Ordnung, wenn man fragt.
Gib mir bitte Bescheid, wenn du die Wohnung nächste Woche besichtigen möchtest!
