Wir ziehen um und deshalb wird unsere hübsche Dreizimmerwohnung im Darmstädter Johannesviertel frei.
Zu den Hardfacts: sie ist 70qm groß, hat eine Einbauküche mit Spühlmaschine und Gasherd sowie ein Frankfurter Bad, dazu zwei größere Zimmer, die zur Pallaswiesenstraße zeigen und ein kleines Zimmer, das zum Innenhof geht. Insgesamt ist es keine luxussanierte Yuppiewohnung sondern solider Altbau bei dem alles funktioniert und über die Jahre in Schuss gehalten wurde.
Der Vermieter wünscht sich ruhige Mieter*innen, wir uns, dass politisch aktive (oder sonst sympatische) Leute eine günstige Wohnung bekommen.
Die Wohnung ist super verkehrsgünstig direkt an der Haltestelle Pallaswiesenstraße (3 Min Zentrum, 3 Min Nordbahnhof, 10 Min Hauptbahnhof) gelegen aber auch wenn sie nicht an einer Hauptstraße liegt, gibt es etwas Durchgangsverkehr und sie ist nicht total ruhig. Dafür ist direkt um die Ecke der Herrngarten.
Miete sind 750€ Warm ohne Heizung. Für Strom und Heizung zahlen wir ca. 140€ im Monat.
