Gute Einkaufmöglichkeit(Aldi, Lidl, Real, Penney...), 1 Gehenminute zu FH_Darmstadt, 2 Bussstationen zu Bahnhof, 5 Min. zu Luisenplatz. Grünanlagen, super citynähe.
sie zahlen 135€ für nebenkosten(wasser, heizung,...), kann aber auch wenig sein(100€ ja nach Verbrauch)
Stromkosten ca. 30€ p.m. für 2 Personen.
