Die Wohnung hat ein großes, schön eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer inkl Beamer-Leinwand und Zugang zum Balkon.
Das zu vergebene Schlafzimmer ist 3x4m groß und ist noch frei einrichtbar. Weiße Wände und ein heller Laminatboden lassen noch einen großen gestalterischen Freiraum.
Die Wohnung ist 5 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum, dem Luisenplatz. entfernt und bietet zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür.
Der Internetanschluss ist ein 20.000er Kabel-Internetanschluss der unitymedia. Ein analoger Telefonanschluss und Kabelfernsehen ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Für weitere Fragen stehe ich täglich ab 19 Uhr telefonisch zur Verfügung. Erstkontakt vorzugsweise per Email. Ich antworte dort auch relativ zügig (spätestens abends).
