Hallo.
Da ich mit meinem Freund zusammen ziehe suche ich ab dem 01.04. eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine tolle, helle Wohnung am Fuße der Mathildenhöhe. Man kommt von beiden Zimmern aus auf die 7m lange Logia, auf der man prima die Wäsche trocknen kann (da überdacht) und man hat bis zum Abend Sonne. Neben der Wohnküche ist eine Abstellkammer mit Wasseranschluß für zB. die Waschmaschine. Wenn man aus der Haustür rauskommt kann man den Fünf-Finger-Turm und die Russische Kapelle sehen. Im Hof gibt es einen seperaten Fahrradkeller.
PS: Die Wohnung ist für eine WG ungeeignet!
