Die Wohnung ist eine der zentralsten Wohnungen in Darmstadt. Sie ist hell und ruhig, liegt direkt am Luisenplatz und hat alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke.
Sie liegt in einem Innenhof und ist somit gut abgeschottet von der Geräuschkulisse des Öffentlichen Nahverkehrs und Festlichkeiten in der Innenstadt.
Alle Bus- und Straßenbahnlinien liegen vor der Tür und bis zur TU sind es nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß.
Eine Einbauküche mit 2 Kühlschränken ist bereits vorhanden. Alle Zimmer sind mit Laminat ausgelegt, wobei eins Durchgangszimmer ist, also ideal für Paare und leider nicht WG-tauglich.
