Zum 1.8.2012 wird eine sehr gemütliche Hochparterre Wohnung ca. 43qm nahe dem Darmstädter Stadtzentrum (Luisenplatz) frei.
Die beiden ähnlich großen Zimmer sind keine Durchgangszimmer, sondern separat begehbar (ca. 15 und 17 qm). Daher sind sie sehr gut geeignet, um dort in einer 2er WG zu wohnen.
Die Haltestelle Rhein-/Neckarstraße (Linien 2, 4, 7/8, 9, H und F-Bus) ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt viele Parkplätze in der Straße, bzw. es kann ein Parkplatz im Hof gemietet werden (35 Euro/Monat). Zu Fuß ist der Luisenplatz (Innenstadt) in etwa 10 Minuten bzw. der Hauptbahnhof in etwa 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Küche sollte für einen Abschlag übernommen werden. Sie enthält eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine. Des Weiteren liegt in den Wohnbereichen Laminat, der ebenfalls für einen günstigen Abschlag übernommen werden kann.
Der Vermieter benötigt einen Einkommensnachweis oder eine Bürgschaft.
