Hallo,
Ab dem 15.09.14 wird meine schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung frei.
Die Wohnung liegt total zentral zur Innenstadt, zum Hochschulbad, Woog, Park, Nahkauf, Netto, Rewe (bis 24h) usw.
Ich habe hier schon als WG gewohnt, wobei die Zimmer nicht gleichgroß sind und habe hier auch schon mit meinem Freund gewohnt. Beides top!
Die Küche würde ich größtenteil drin lassen und würde mich auch freuen, nicht noch streichen zu müssen. :-)
Im Winter muss hier kaum geheitz werden und im Sommer ist es schön Kühl. Es gibt einen schönen Balkon, einen Fahrradkeller, Hausmeisterservice, gemeinschafts-Waschmaschine im Keller (Waschmarken) und eigenes Kellerabteil.
Also ich habe sehr gerne hier gewohnt.
