Die helle 2,5 Zimmer Wohnung ist 73,5 m² groß. Aufgrund dessen, das die zwei Hauptzimmer Durchgangszimmer sind, ist die Wohnung leider nicht für eine WG geeignet, allerdings perfekt für Paare oder Singles.
Man ist Mitten am Leben der Stadt und für Studierende und Pendler sind die Nahe Lage zu Universität und Bahnhof/ÖPNV ideal.
Eine Küche ist nicht vorhanden und muss vom Mieter mitgebracht werden.
Da die Wohnung direkt auf dem Marktplatz liegt, hat man alles was man zum Leben braucht, direkt vor der Haustür. Es gibt zig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch viele möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung nur einen Steinwurf entfernt.
Der Park ist in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und zur Hochschule oder Universität ist es auch nur ein Katzensprung.
