Apartment for one person or couple in the Waldspirale building. The distribution is very nice; a kitchen, the bathroom, the bedroom and big living room (I mention this because I used to live in an apartment with small living room and big bedroom, not convenient). It is fully furnished and we ask 4000 euros for it (negotiable). The kitchen is complete: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, vitroceramic cooktop (4 places), extraction hood (with light), sink with tap, oven, cabinets and shelves. It's from Segmüller. The couch (sofa-bed) is new, we paid 1300 euros. Also in Segmüller. Kitchen and living room have east orientation (sun in the mornings) and the bedroom and living room to the west. There is a big balcony (communicated to the bedroom and living room).
Everything in the pictures stays in the house, except things in the shelves, the clothes dryer (it's on the top of the washing machine), the crosstrainer.
We had a desk in the place of the crosstrainer, it is now dismounted next to it.
It is in the north of Darmstadt, 5 minutes away from the Rhönring tram stop (tramways 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8) and 2 minutes away from the Messplatz stop (trams 4 and 5, to Luisenplatz and Hauptbahnhof). Very quiet area, close to Nordbad and the Burgerpark There is an Aldi supermarket in the next building and a Rewe 5 mintues away walking.
There is a car park in the building basement (I think it cost 50-60 euros) but there is plenty of space in the street. The cellar has ca. 7 m2 and there is also a cellar for bikes (one can leave them in the street). We have the electricity with Entega, 46 euros per month and internet 25. The neighbours are nice and quiet. Good atmosphere
