The apartment consists of a bedroom, a large living room with access to a balcony, a fitted kitchen (four electric plates, oven, hood, fridge, freezer, microwave, dish-washer), a bathroom, two cellars (one under the roof ideal to dry clothes, and one at ground level, easy reachable and ideal for parking bikes) and one parking space.
This very nice apartment is situated between the city centre and Bessungen, in a good and quite neighborhood of Darmstadt not far from Staatstheater. It is at the second floor of a new and very well maintained building.
The location is very good, only 5 minutes walking to the city center, while trams, to the center or the train station, are available just behind the corner. Supermarkets are available at walking distance and the closest Rewe is the one opened until midnight.
It is ideal for one or two people, very good for couples, but the living room can also be rearranged as a second bedroom. It is also very bright and airy thanks to big nice windows.
The 710 Euro rent comprehends ancillary and operating costs, it doesn't include gas, electricity and internet.
